For those who have a plan in 2023 or even have visited there so many times or it’s your first time trip, Lifesara still wants to bring you to eat, travel, and chill out with a 3 days 2 nights Singapore trip!

Definitely, you wouldn’t want to miss this trip! We are unsure about the budget because we just go by instinct hahaha. Let’s keep following what our 3 days 2 night Singapore trip sounds like~

Day 1
– China Town –
Begin our day 1 morning in the Chinatown area for yummy food. The restaurant we’re going to is a 4-year streak 1-star Michelin, Liao Fan Hawker Chan (Chain restaurant). If you like soy sauce roasted duck with rice or with fine noodles, we recommend this one.
P.S. There are plenty of Michelin Restaurants in Singapore for food lovers who explore various cuisines. Find out and try them.
For the taste of this restaurant, personally, its noodles are not too greasy nor too dried. The duck is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, so you should come to try it; yummy. We also love their drinks, but we don’t recall what it is. They pour Sprite and put a piece of a lemon wedge in it, so tasty and refreshing. The restaurant is in Chinatown.

– Roasted duck dried noodle starts at $7.80
After the meal, we headed to Thian Hock Keng Temple. It’s one of the ancient temples here, so apart from coming to make merit you will be close to the ancient heritage of the culture and exquisite architecture like in a movie. It’s a temple that you should visit.

Day 1
– Marina Bay Sands & Garden By The Bay –
Next, we will move toward Marina Bay Sands, one of the big landmarks in Singapore. From Chinatown, we have to cross the bridge to take MRT Chinatown station, the blue line Downtown line, to Bayfront station and take the E exit then you will arrive at Marina Bay Sand in a minute.
We arrived at Marina Bay Sands first. On the way to the bridge to Garden by the Bay, we took a high escalator; by this time you will see inside the building which is the department store, and the wide space of the hotel.
The inside is so impressive with several brand-name stores and restaurants. Riding an Italian cultural boat is another activity on the bottom floor, to see the view during the day or glittering light at night.
Let’s get a shot with this triplet building since we got here.
Following the path to the garden and feeling a mild breeze hit the face during the night would be so relaxing. Lots of people are taking photos here because of the mild breeze and the good view.
Keep walking straight and you will arrive at Garden by the Bays~
A colorful unique modern garden that becomes an important attraction in Singapore. If you want to walk on the sky bridge, you can take an elevator up here, it’s so beautiful. We like this garden because there are many resting areas to immerse the surrounding environment at every corner.
After we get enough photos, we prepare to go for an SG bike rental at Flower Dome to bike around Singapore.

Day 1
– People Park –
After we biked, we took the MRT back to Chinatown to eat something at the food court at hawker, People Park, on the opposite side. There are so many restaurants and most of them are so good.
We had a chance to eat Mala Hot Pot, the portion is huge and not expensive at all.It’s quite difficult to find this taste in Thailand, numbingly spicy. If you’re a Mala lover, this is the taste that suits you, the original Mala.
There is a drink that you shouldn’t miss at the hawker, which is melon sugarcane, so refreshing! It’s fresh squash and a signature drink of Singapore (we believe so).
Keep walking a little further and this restaurant, Jia Xiang Hot Plate grill, is next to 7-11. There is a Hot Plate Grilled Squid super spicy Mala, yummy and the line is not that long. If you like numbingly spicy food that can make you cry at an affordable price, you shouldn’t overlook this one.
Now it’s time to cross the bridge back to Chinatown and have some rest at Hotel Calmo Chinatown after we’re full.
This hotel is an expensive Thai version, but cheap for Singaporeans 😭 The room is fit for 2 people, cute, warm, high-speed internet, cool aircon, and a wide bathroom. There is a hairdryer and working space, it’s really good for people who are on a budget~

Day 2
– Tiong Bahru Bakery –
Wake up in the morning at 7:00 for Tiong Bahru Bakery, a fresh and yummy scent bakery. Going there you can take the MRT Chinatown station to Fort Canning and walk for about 2 minutes.
The shop is a little bit inside from the edge of the street full of trees. The air on the day we went was so good because the rain just passed last night. The first thing you will notice once you enter the shop is the aroma of the bakery scent hitting your nose. The owner there is so nice giving us a warm welcome. Picking up the table first before going on the order line.
There are various pastries there to choose from at an affordable price, you can pick whatever you like. Everyone should see how these pastries look and their colors look yummy and hear the crispiness by just touching them. Bakery and cafe lovers shouldn’t miss this one.

Day 2
– Fort Canning Park –
Moving forward to Fort Canning Park, tree tunnel, after the yummy homemade bakery.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the bakery, it looks far but not really, because on the way you will see so many attractions and parks in the city.
Singapore is a green city so if you have a nature travel lifestyle, we gather the information about the Gardens you must go in Singapore for you. You can go see and follow it.
Look! It’s so gorgeous. You have to line up to take a photo, so if you come quite early in the morning, the line won’t be that long compared to the afternoon. It’s still worth the wait.

Day 2
– National Gallery –
We catch the time pretty well, because it’s 9:30 and we’re going to the National Gallery, national museum of Singapore. The building looks like the White House, but no doubt because it used to be a Supreme Court. This place collects artworks of artists from around the world exhibiting here including from Thailand as well.
There will be a staff to guide you on which room to start and for those who have no idea where to go because of the many rooms and zones. This will help you from getting lost because lots of people might plan to see every exhibition zone but the space is too big even for us still can’t finish. We also prefer to take photos and create content, so we just keep moving fast to each room (Still haven’t been to every room).
In the picture above this is the first floor, the children’s zone, and restaurants at the bottom. If you come here, don’t forget to stop by.

Day 2
– Universal Studio & Casino –
After the Gallery, we took the bus to Vivo City to go to Universal Studio Singapore. This is the time we’ve been waiting for so we arrive at around 11:00 sharp. The goal of today is to get on the ride as much as we could in 6 hours. Smashing it guys!

It’s about dusk time when we’re leaving the Universal Studio for ice cream at Liao Liao, sweet yogurt ice cream full of toppings. It’s located opposite Universal. Very yummy and with a lot of toppings.
After we’ve had some snacks, it’s time for our climax before we go back to our hotel. This place we call it gold mine! It’s located in front of Universal Studio by going underground so it is easily found. It requires only a passport and SG arrival to enter. (P.S. This place is photo prohibited so we don’t have any pictures for you)
Time passes and now it’s 20:00 time to go back to our hotel in Chinatown continuing to our last place for the trip today. Actually, if you get exhausted after Universal Studio, you can just stop there because today’s plan is insaneeee 😂 However, if you’re still good, let’s go to the party with us like teenagers.

Day 2
– Zouk –
Closing the second-day trip with Zouk, a dancing nightclub and DJs. If you’re a drinker, let’s hit it here. We stayed here until 2:00 am and went back to sleep in Chinatown soundly.

Day 3
– Hong Kong Style Chee Cheong Fun –
On our third date, we began with Hong Kong Style Chee Cheong Fun, a steamed rice roll, at Farrer Park food court. It’s also a Michelin’s guide, thump-ups for the taste.
Aunties here are so friendly initiating conversations all the time, they’re okay to take a photo here. There are 2 aunties, one will scoop rice into the grilled pan and wait for them flat as a sheet, and the other aunt will cut the rice sheet and add shrimp or pork to it. The time we went there we asked without wrapping, it’s called Cheong Fun for only $3. The fresh hot serve tastes the best. If you want to try steamed rice rolls, we recommend this place, tasty and cheap.

Day 3
– Reddot Design Museum –
After the meal, we took the bus to the Reddot museum. If you’re interested in innovative design, you might know this place. Because when you see the Red Dot Design Award, it means that product designs are world-class certified from Germany. In order to obtain this award, it has to be certified by experienced experts in product design.
Inside the museum is designed to look like we’re in the future and seeing plenty of innovative products. It’s a collectible Red Dot Design Award products center with more than 300 honorable products. We recommend you to visit here if you like to design and visit Singapore.

Day 3
– National Museum –
After we are satisfied with the artwork, we will move to another must-go museum, the National Museum.
Just by its construction, it looks like you’re at the White House, DC. This place is full of stories about the culture and history of Singapore telling stories with lights and sounds to catch your attention. The museum is also connected with Stamford Arts Center where we can see the underground gallery which divided the stories each year in each room.
Stories about war, loss, and the origin culture of Singapore.
Currently, Stamford Arts Center is holding a Doraemon exhibition!! It’s all from selective artists and at the front, they sell products such as postcards from exhibited paints and puzzles. If you’re interested, you should hurry because the Doraemon exhibition will be shown from 5 May 2022 – 5 February 2023. We suggest that people who visit Singapore in February should come, it’s so much fun.
Apart from artworks, there is a Doraemon Cafe, stop by and get red beans Dorayaki!

Day 3
– Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang –
Let’s have a bite at Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang after the Doraemon Exhibition. It’s located near Management University a few meters from the National Museum. It’s an original Indonesian-style grilled chicken from the Michelin guide.
The taste is decent and not too strong. The price started from $5.70.

Day 3
– Orchard Road –
Closing our 3 days 2 night Singapore trip with a famous business district of Singapore, Orchard Road full of people and jolly.
On the way to the road, there will be performances along the way and also some vendors with so many people lining up.
Musicians, monitors, and massive projections on the buildings with the sounds of Christmas.
We can guess that it’s about countdown time for sure. Anyone interested in coming can take MRT to Orchard Station (N22)
How is it? Our 3 days 2 nights Singapore trip, fulfilled? For this trip, we don’t even know how much we spent, but what we know is the commute and food costs are less than the museum entrances 😂
