📌How to install SIM StarHub

1. Show your proof of purchase and passport to the Starhub counter at the location you selected to pick up for them to register
2. They will give us a sim card
3. Eject your old sim and keep it securely (you can keep it in your case if you prefer)
4. Install the new sim and then it will run normally by itself
5. If you need to set any settings, there is a setting instruction at the counter service

📌How to install eSIM

1. Go to counter service and show your passport for them to register
2. Once you receive the card, go to cellular in the settings
3. Click “Add eSIM”
4. There will be 2 tabs pop up then click “use QR code”
5. Scan the QR code on the card
6. Screen will display Activate eSIM for sim downloading
7. Change cellular’s name to Travel and let eSim be a main number
8. Pop-up will appear to show the features of the sim
9. Sim card will automatically activate, no need to register
